1. GMS - Registration and annual affiliation/re-affiliation
The Game Management System (GMS) is the RFU's / England Rugby's central database through which players (and club members) are registered, pay their club membership subscriptions and much more.
This is a two stage process which must be completed every season by all members:
1. Register your details and for youth parents, your child(rens) details (known as affiliation/re-affiliation.
Important: Please ensure you have validated your email address as registration will not be complete without.
Affiliation is required annually and is much simpler the second time through.
2. Purchase your club membership for the season.
The Following section will guide you through the registration or re-affiliation process.

If you don't know or have forgotten your GMS login credentials, do not create a new account. Follow the Lost Password procedure on the GMS login page or reach out to Nicola.Johncock@DVRFC.COM. A quick guide can be found at the bottom of this page.
Brand New Members and Players, Register on the GMS here and click ‘CREATE NEW ACCOUNT’.
Keep your login credentials safe, you will need them again. A quick guide can be found in the document below.
