Dartford Valley had the upper hand at scrum time in their narrow 12-7 loss to Sidcup 2s, though the lineout didn’t quite click.

Fullback Keiran Yates earned Man of the Match for his outstanding last-ditch defending, while youth product Shane led in the pack impressively with his high tackle count.

The lads are eager to fix their lineout in training as they prepare for a tough clash against Medway this week.
